A. Information You Provide Directly

When you register or use our Dashboard, we collect:

• Email

• Password (hashed and salted; never stored in plaintext)

• Company name, job title

• Billing information processed by Stripe (ZETIC does not store full card numbers)

When you upload a User Model:

• Model Metadata: When you upload a User Model or import a Public Model, we collect technical metadata (e.g., model architecture, file size, framework type) to perform optimization.

B. Information Collected Automatically

We collect:

• Login logs

• Timestamps

• IP address (for security/logging)

• Usage patterns within the Dashboard

• Optimization and benchmarking logs

• Cookies for session management

• Analytics via Microsoft Clarity (mouse movement, click heatmaps, scroll depth)

C. Telemetry in Future Runtime Versions

As stated in our Terms:

• Telemetry is used only for license verification

• Collects technical identifiers only (App ID, device OS, device count)

• Never collects model weights or inference data

Telemetry will be announced before activation and may require consent depending on jurisdiction.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data for the following purposes:

• Provide model optimization and deployment services

• Authenticate users

• Enforce subscription limits and licensing

• Improve MLange performance and reliability

4. Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described.

• Account data → retained until account deletion

• Login/activity logs → 12 months

• Analytics data (Clarity) → subject to provider retention

• Billing records → 5 years

• Private User Models → deleted within 30 days of account deletion

• Public Model Artifacts → may be retained indefinitely

5. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Service Providers: Cloud hosting providers (e.g., AWS) and payment processors who assist in delivering the Services.

• Legal Compliance: If required by law, subpoena, or valid legal process.

• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, user data may be transferred.

6. International Data Transfers

ZETIC operates globally. Your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in South Korea and the United States.

Your data may be stored or processed in:

• South Korea (AWS Seoul)

• United States (Stripe, Microsoft Clarity)

For EEA/UK users, transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

8. Specific Disclosures for South Korea (PIPA)

In compliance with the Personal Information Protection Act:

• We collect personal information through the registration form, dashboard interactions, and automated system logs.

• Items Collected: Name, Email, Password, Company, Payment Data, Service Usage Logs, Uploaded User Models.

• Purpose: Service provision, billing, license management, security and fraud prevention.

• Retention: Until account withdrawal (or statutory requirement).

• Overseas Transfer (as required by PIPA):

  • Your personal information may be transferred to and processed by the following overseas service providers:

    1. Amazon Web Services (AWS) – South Korea and, if required for service continuity, the United States.
    Purpose: Cloud hosting and storage of account data, logs, and User Models.
    Items Transferred: Account information, service usage logs, and uploaded model files.
    Retention: Stored for as long as your account remains active or until you request deletion.

    2. Stripe, Inc. (United States)
    Purpose: Processing subscription payments.
    Items Transferred: Email address, billing information, and transaction-related data.
    Retention: Retained in accordance with financial regulations and Stripe’s statutory requirements.

    3. Microsoft Corporation (United States)
    Purpose: Service analytics through Microsoft Clarity.
    Items Transferred: Usage behavior such as page interactions and click patterns (no model files).
    Retention: Retained according to Microsoft’s internal analytics retention policy.

  • You may refuse consent to overseas transfer; however, doing so may prevent you from creating an account, completing payments, or using certain core features of the Services.
